* Késmárk, April 8, 1909 – † Szombathely, June 19, 1970 /surgeon, oncologist, honorary university professor ; ; He earned his medical degree from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Budapest in 1933. From 1933 to 1937, he worked at the II. Surgical Clinic. In 1939, he qualified as a surgeon. In 1941, he became an assistant professor at the clinic, and in 1949, he became an assistant professor. From 1952, he was the chief surgeon of the general surgery department of the Markusovszky Hospital in Szombathely County. From 1968, he was an honorary university professor at the Medical University of Pécs. He died in an accident. His main research field is oncology, surgery for stomach cancer.
