Ingredients: ; 50 dkg fine flour ; 5 egg yolks ; 10 dkg sugar ; 5 dkg melted butter ; 4 dl milk ; 4 dkg yeast ; a little salt and rum ; fat for baking ; ; Preparation: ; Step 1 – activating the yeast ; For the pampuska dough, we warmed 2 dl of milk, crumbled the yeast in it, sprinkled the sugar in it, and let it rest for about 15 minutes until it rose. ; Step 2 – Adding the flour and eggs ; We poured the flour into the mixing bowl and added the egg yolks, seasoned with a pinch of salt. ; Step 3 – Adding the butter and sugar ; We made a well in the middle of the flour, poured the melted butter and sugar into the dough. ; Step 4 – adding the yeast and rum ; Finally, we added the yeasted milk and a little rum. ; Step 5 – kneading ; When everything was in the bowl, we kneaded the dough until it was blistered. ; Step 6 – rising ; We covered the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes, until the dough had doubled in size. ; Step 7 – waiting ; While the dough was rising, there was time for fun. ; Step 8 – stretching ; After the dough had risen, we stretched it out on a floured board to a thickness of a finger. ; Step 9 – cutting ; We cut out the stretched dough with a cutter with a diameter of 5-6 cm. We let the doughnuts rest for 20 minutes so that they would have nice ribbons. ; Step 10 – baking ; We heated plenty of fat, pressed the doughnuts slightly in the middle, and fried them in small batches. ; Step 11 – turning ; We fried both sides in hot fat until golden brown. Finally, we sprinkled them with powdered sugar. ; ; We wish you a good appetite!
