Calvinist heaven is a true gourmet dessert. In Nemesradnót, Aunt Éva Pósa makes it as follows: ; • First, she kneads soft dough from half a kg of flour, 2-3 eggs, salt, and a little water. She divides the dough into several parts. Let it rest for a while. ; • She rolls out the dough balls thinly. Then she cuts them into strips the length of the baking sheet and 8-10 cm wide. Aunt Éva has been baking the dessert for 50 years to the great joy of her family. She learned the method of preparation from her mother. ; • She places a row of dough (three or four strips next to each other) on the greased baking sheet, which she previously dipped in hot salted water and then cooled in cold water. She spreads the dough with a mixture of melted fat and butter. She sprinkles it with salted cottage cheese, raisins, granulated sugar, and drizzles it with sour cream. She repeats this 4-5 times. The last row is closed with dough, which is only greased with fat. ; • Finally, bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. ; Almost every housewife knows the recipe for Calvinist heaven in a different way. The recipe described above was evaluated by a jury at the value preservation festival held in Nemesradnót on October 1, 2016 and won the title of the original Calvinist heaven. The stages of its preparation were recorded on Hungarian Interactive Television in 2015, and can be viewed at the following link: http://www.televizio.sk/2014/02/a-nemesradnoti-turos-mennyorszag/ ; ; In the short film made by the children for the competition, Aunt Éva presents a version of the dessert drowned in milk. This differs from the original recipe in that she layers raw dough on the baking sheet, which she sprinkles generously with milk. During baking, the dough softens and absorbs the milk. ; ;
