* Gölnicbánya, December 3, 1870 – † Budapest, August 11, 1930 / veterinarian, hygienist ; ; In 1895, he obtained his veterinary doctorate from the Veterinary Academy in Budapest. From 1895, he worked at the Academy's Pathological Institute and then at the Public Slaughterhouse. In 1903, he became the director of the Public Slaughterhouses and Livestock Fairs. The Veterinary College awarded him the title of extraordinary teacher and honorary doctor. He primarily dealt with the theoretical and practical issues of slaughterhouse meat inspection, and published several publications on this topic. In 1906, he launched the series of publications entitled Hússzemle as a supplement to the Veterinary Journals. ; ; His main work: The fifty-year history of the Budapest public slaughterhouse and cattle market, 1928.
