* Hámbor, November 1, 1652 – † Bánya-Biszterce, June 20, 1713 / Jesuit monk, doctor of philosophy and theology, mathematician, university professor ; ; He completed his university studies in Nagyszombat in 1672 and taught there for a short time, then between 1673 and 1676 he was the head of the Levoča college, from where he became the head of the Trenčín college, from where he went back to Nagyszombat in 1686 to become vice-rector of the university. In 1708 he went into exile to Graz, where he taught mathematics at the university.
