; After the mass, the people of the finally free village of Vága in Mátyusföld set off for the inauguration ceremony of the Heroes' Monument and the National Flag.
; The municipality remained outside the scope of the Vienna decision of November 2, 1938, but there were continuous border adjustment negotiations about it, and on March 14, 1939, when fascist Slovakia was established, Vág was annexed to Hungary. The area of the municipality was 2,731 cat. acres and the number of inhabitants at the time of re-annexation was 2,211.
