* Cluj-Napoca, April 23, 1860 – Bratislava, February 7, 1921 / physician, gynecologist, university professor ; ; He received his doctorate from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Budapest in 1885. Between 1890 and 1914, he was the director of the midwifery training school in Bratislava, and from 1914, he was a professor of gynecology at the Elisabeth University in Bratislava and the director of the national hospital. After the change of empire in 1918, the Czechoslovak authorities removed him from his positions.
