* Dunaszerdahely, September 13, 1910 – † Budapest, January 6, 1990 / demographer, historian, specialist writer ; ; Graduated from high school in Komárom (1928), studied law in Prague (1932). In the 1930s, he was the regional and then central secretary of the Hungarian Cultural Association of Slovenia (SZMKE). He lived in Budapest from 1946. He primarily dealt with the natural, settlement, economic and demographic conditions of Csallóköz. Several of his works have survived only in manuscript form (e.g. History of the Hungarian Cultural Association of Slovenia, Additions to the History of the City of Léva until 1946, Cultural Efforts of the Hungarians of Slovenia 1919–1939). ; ; Main work: My Homeland, Csallóköz, 1989.
