* Párkány, September 8, 1961 – / linguist, associate professor ; ; He completed his primary and secondary school studies in his hometown in 1980. He graduated from the Budapest ELTE Faculty of Arts in 1986 with a degree in Hungarian language and literature and library science, but from 1981 he also studied Esperanto as a third major. From 1990 to 1994 he studied English language and literature at the Comenius University in Bratislava by correspondence and obtained a teaching diploma in English. From 1986 to 1994 he was a primary school teacher in Somorján, from 1994 to 2003 he was a teacher at the Párkány gymnasium. From 1995 to 2002 he was a postgraduate doctoral student at ELTE, the topic of his PhD dissertation was: Speech perception and speech comprehension of Hungarian–Slovak bilingual children. In 1997, he completed the speech perception and therapy training of the Speech Therapy Department of the Hungarian Association of Special Education Teachers. Since 2003, he has been an assistant professor at the Konstantin Philosophers University in Nitra, and since 2014, an associate professor, giving lectures on the methodology of teaching the Hungarian language and literature, psycholinguistics and lexicology. Since 2006, he has been the deputy dean for scientific affairs of the Faculty of Central European Studies. His research areas are minority education, issues of language policy, and the psycholinguistic and sociolinguistic problems of bilingualism. His studies are primarily published in the Forum Social Sciences Review, in Hungarian journals and study volumes. ; Since 2001, he has been a colleague of the Gramma Language Office in Dunaszerdahely.
