* 2 October 1941. Perbenyik - † 28 August 2015. Királyhelmec / photojournalist ; ; He graduated in 1959 and took his first pictures that year. As a high school student, he already wrote small and large articles and reports for various newspapers, which he often illustrated with his own photos. From 1961, he worked as an external contributor to the illustrated weekly Hét. In 1968, he became the first professional photojournalist with status at Új Szó. In 1975, he was dismissed for political reasons, and from 1976 he became a freelance photographer. In 1971, he won a silver medal at the Berlin World Photographic Exhibition – where 1,095 works by 545 photographers from 123 countries were evaluated. From 1976, he worked as a freelance photographer. In 1983, he published ten full-page photographs for a Tokyo magazine. The artist's series entitled Elementary Symmetry have been presented at several venues in Hungary and abroad. In 2003, his work was recognized with the Silver Plaque of the Slovak Republic, and in 2006, he won the Posonium Literary and Artistic Award in the lifetime achievement category.
