* Érsekújvár, January 4, 1962 – / mathematician, rector of the János Selye University in Komárom ; ; He completed his primary and secondary education in his hometown (1981). He obtained a teaching certificate in mathematics and physics at the Comenius University in Bratislava (1986). In 1986–1989 he was a teacher at the Érsekújvár Gymnasium, in 1989–2001 he was an assistant professor and associate professor at the Pedagogical College in Nitra, later an assistant professor and associate professor at the Konstantin Philosophers University (from 1998). He obtained his doctoral degree in 1991. In 2001–2009 he was an associate professor at the University of Ostrava, and from 2004 he was an associate professor and rector of the János Selye University in Komárom (2008), and is a professor. He primarily deals with algebra, number theory, function theory, fuzzy and universal measures, and the theory of mathematics education. So far, he has published about 60 scientific papers in Slovak and international journals. He is a participant or main executor of several international scientific projects. He has given lectures on his results at several foreign universities.
