* Érsekújvár, September 5, 1885 – † Érsekújvár, November 17, 1953 / teacher, ethnographic collector, museum founder ; ; He graduated from the Érsekújvár Gymnasium and obtained a diploma as an art teacher at the Budapest Academy of Fine Arts in 1911. He worked as an art teacher at the Érsekújvár Gymnasium between 1911 and 1945. In 1935, he founded the Érsekújvár City Museum of Local History, which today bears his name. He collected and immortalized in drawings the relics of Hungarian folk art and architecture, as well as the characteristic old buildings of his hometown.
