Gyula Tefry

* Komárom, January 23, 1864 – † Budapest, March 7, 1929 / jurist, legal writer, codifier ; ; He served in the court from 1886, and worked in the Ministry of Justice from 1900. In 1918 he was appointed president of the council of the Curia. In the legislative drafting department, he prepared the drafts related to the implementation of the Civil Procedure Code with Ármin Fodor (Nagymihály). From 1921, as head of the legislative drafting department of the Ministry of Justice, he played a major role in the preparation of numerous pieces of legislation for the Bethlen “consolidation”.
