Teachers' room in Nagybalog

The photo was taken in 1934 in the teachers' room of the Reformed School in Nagybalog. The teacher was Tamás Aladárné nee Ilona Szűcs, who was a very active teacher at the school. She also took part in extracurricular activities. During her work, she taught the children many plays and led singing and dancing groups. Later, she was also an active member of the local Csemadok. She became the teacher's aunt of Balogvölgy. Aunt Ilonka lived to be 104 years old.
