Chapel of the Virgin Mary

… next to the main road we find the Chapel of the Virgin Mary, which was built in 1873 by Illés Deszeth and his wife, Katalin Berecz. The small building was repaired in 1936 by Pongrác Deszeth and his wife, Veronika Cigány. In 1941 the chapel was repaired inside by the Deszeth family. It is a rectangular building, the main facade of which ends with a triangular pediment. Inside there is a Pieta sculpture.

It was built for the glory of God and in honor of the Virgin Mary by Illés Deszeth and his wife Katalin Berecz in 1873. It was renovated by Pongrác Deszeth and his wife Veron Cigány and his family in 1936.
