* Levoca, December 18, 1859 – † Debrecen, November 6, 1929 / physician, university professor ; ; He graduated from a German high school in his hometown, but completed his medical studies at the University of Budapest, and from 1885 he was a physician in the pediatric department of the Stefania Hospital in Budapest, then the János Hospital. In 1893 he was a private university teacher. In 1898 he was the chief physician of the János Hospital. In 1910 he was an extraordinary university professor. From 1921 he was a public full professor of pediatrics at the University of Debrecen. He was one of those who proved the allergic factors of scarlet fever.
