Szenc, Báger, Napfényes Lakes. ; In 1960, the lake was renamed Napfényes Lakes, but the people of Szenc and the surrounding area still call it Báger. ; The lakes were formed gradually. In 1845, intensive gravel mining began, which was used for the construction of the Bratislava-Galánta railway line. The mining was managed by the Railway Administration of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Gradually, 5 separate lakes were formed, which merged into a single integrated lake in the mid-20th century. The total water area exceeds 100 hectares, and its greatest depth is 12 m.
