Sjakka Oszkár Lanz's Bulldog
Other - other
The German machine factory Heinrich Lanz AG was founded in 1859. It outlived its namesake owner, Heinrich Lanz, who died in 1905, by half a century, and only ceased to exist after World War II, or rather was bought out, so it could operate for quite a few years even in “peacetime”. ; The production of Lanz Bulldog tractors began in 1921, and several types were produced until 1960. In the meantime (in 1956), John Deere bought the company, but for a few years it continued the product line under the name John Deere-Lanz. The Bulldog was one of the most popular German power machines, with a total of 220 thousand units produced. The tractor with a simple structure was powered by a single-cylinder, 6.3-liter, 12-hp engine, but later a 10.3-liter, 55-hp engine was also installed. (https://www.agrarszektor.hu/gepek/)
