* Komárom, 1 June 1852 – † Budapest, 31 October 1917 / pharmacist, editor, factory manager ; ; He obtained his pharmacy degree in 1881 from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Budapest. Between 1881 and 1906 he was the director of the Óbuda Pharmaceutical Chemical Factory, and from 1909 he was the owner of the Szent Kereszt pharmacy in Budapest. He led pharmaceutical chemistry courses and was the one who introduced scientific pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing technology to Hungary.
