* March 9, 1936, Iske – December 9, 2015, Galánta / teacher, folk educator ; ; He started his schooling in his native village, then continued in Vaján. He obtained a teaching certificate at the Pedagogical High School in Rožsnyó, then completed his studies by completing the Hungarian history department of the Faculty of Humanities of the Comenius University in Bratislava. He taught in Buzita in the second half of the 1950s. From 1959, he was a teacher at the Nagyfödémes primary school, and also actively participated in the work of the Csemads, including the establishment of the Kodály Days that created the tradition. Between 1964 and 1991, he served as the principal of the Zoltán Kodály Primary School in Galánta. Between 1968 and 2002, he was the chairman of the Galánta District Committee of the Csemads and the Galánta Regional Committee of the Csemads. His pedagogical and cultural organizing activities were honored with numerous awards. ; With his work, he significantly contributed to the activities of the national organization Csemadok, which preserves the cultural values of the Hungarians of the Uplands, and in recognition of this, he was honored with the Csemadok Lifetime Achievement Award in 2011. ; He is buried in the Felsoszel cemetery.
