* Bratislava, 1810 – † Pest, August 22, 1849 / physician, editor ; ; He began his studies at the University of Pest, then continued in Vienna, where he obtained his doctorate in medicine in 1832. In Kőszeg he first became a practicing physician, in 1833 he became chief physician and hospital physician. In 1835 he moved to Pest, where in 1848 he was elected president of the Jewish religious community. He was a founding member of the Pest Medical Association. His articles were published in the medical journals of the time, and he was a contributor to the first Hungarian medical journal, the Medical Archive.
