* Bánya Beszterce, around 1770 – † Szomolnok, 1830 / mining engineer ; ; He studied at the Mining Academy in Bánya Selmec in 1788–1792, then became an engineer of the Eger archdiocese. He made the first map of the Baradla Cave in 1794. In the service of the Royal Chamber, he also performed river regulation tasks, and in 1829 he proposed the regulation of the Sajó.
