* Nyitracsehi, December 15, 1854 – † Budapest, August 25, 1934 / legal writer, organizer of ; state child protection ; ; He completed his law studies at the University of Budapest, then entered the service of Bars County, from 1895 he was its deputy governor, from 1896 to 1903 he was a member of parliament with a liberal program. In 1900, as a government commissioner, he organized the country's public administration courses. From 1903, he was the national inspector of children's shelters. From then on, he dealt exclusively with the issue of child protection. In 1923, he received the title of state secretary.
