* Malacka, August 23, 1879 – † Budapest, May 12, 1952 / mathematician, teacher at the University of Technology ; ; He completed his secondary school studies in Bratislava, then obtained a teaching certificate at the Budapest University of Science and Technology in 1902 and a doctorate in mathematics, astronomy and philosophy in 1908. From 1903 to 1921 he worked as an assistant teacher, then as an invited lecturer, public extraordinary and substitute teacher, and finally from 1924 to 1945 as a public regular teacher at the Department of Descriptive Geometry at the University of Technology. He published several notes and textbooks. He placed an extremely high importance on educational work, a fact supported by his textbooks written with excellent didactic sense.
