He was born in Bély in 1940, near the Sennyei Count's Castle. After the war, the Hungarian school was not opened, it was even forbidden to speak Hungarian, so they hardly learned anything in the first four years at school, but in 1950, when the Hungarian school was opened, Antal Mancos, the parish priest of Uncle Tóni, visited the Hungarian parents, and they were finally able to study in their native language. ; This was a great event in Béla Remák's life. He graduated from an agricultural vocational school in Leles. During his military service, he began to play sports intensively, running, and won competitions. After his discharge, he tried several jobs and became a teacher at the agricultural vocational school in Szepsi, where he worked until his retirement. In 1968, he was the city president of the Hungarian Youth Association. ; He organized cultural and sports events for young people and became involved in the cultural life of Szepsi. He started collecting ethnographic materials, collecting old household tools, from which he first organized an exhibition, and then the city purchased the Zsolt smithy in 1989, and a local history museum was established from the collected material. In 1994, he founded the Bódva Association (Združenie Bódva), which later (1999) organizes the BÓDVA KUPA running, cycling and roller skating competitions, as well as commemorates the historical events of the city, and is also the maintainer of the Vox Columbellae Choir (since 2005). Many memorial plaques are also due to Béla Remák, and it was his intercession that the memories of Márton Csombor Szepsi, Máté Laczkó Szepsi, and Béni Egressy were immortalized in Szepsi. ; ; ; ; The life of Béla Remák: ; ; https://youtu.be/XDgs1zHoH5s
