* Alsószeli, October 3, 1845 – † Budapest, August 26, 1925 / bibliographer ; ; He completed his high school studies in Sopron and began his career as a bookseller there in 1861. Later he became an antiquarian and came to Budapest in this capacity. However, in 1879 he dissolved his business and until 1891 he was primarily engaged in book research. From 1878 onwards he edited the official journal of the Hungarian Booksellers' Association, Corvina, participated in the publication of the Pallas Nagy Lexikon and also contributed to the work as an author of articles. ; ; His main works: ; A magyar könyveszet 1860–1875, 1880-1885, ; Bibliography of Hungary 1712–1860 (Volumes I–IV), 1882-1892, ; Guide to New Hungarian Literature, 1894.
