* Rózsahegy, May 11, 1871 – † Budapest, October 13, 1934 / criminal lawyer, specialist writer ; ; Oberschall Adolf (Rózsahegy, April 17, 1839 – Rózsahegy, September 9, 1908) was the son of a lawyer, judge and president of the Curia. He completed his legal studies at the universities of Cluj-Napoca, Berlin, Paris and Rome. After obtaining his doctorate in law and political science, he entered the judicial service in 1893. In 1899, he was appointed extraordinary professor of legal philosophy, criminal law and procedure at the Bratislava Law Academy, and from 1901, he was appointed full professor. In 1901, he obtained a private teaching qualification in Hungarian criminal law and procedure at the University of Cluj-Napoca. From 1914, he was a professor at the Košice Law Academy. After World War I, he was a member of the armistice committee. He was a member of the National Council of Public Culture.
