* Vágsellye, October 12, 1954 – / archivist, local historian ; ; He spent his childhood in Pered, where he also completed his primary school studies. He graduated from the Hungarian Gymnasium in Galanta in 1973. He obtained an archivist’s diploma from the Comenius University in Bratislava in 1978. He has been an employee of the Vágsellye State Archives since 1978, and its director since 1987. He has been a lecturer at the University of Nagyszombat since 1998. In 2002–2003, he was the head of the scientific department of the Slovak National Archives, and since 2003, a member of the Slovak Scientific Archival Council of the Minister of the Interior. He is a member and official of various professional associations and societies.
