* Lelesz, November 17, 1841 – † Nagyvárad, April 23, 1907 / Premontrean canon, teacher, school historian, professional writer ; ; He completed his school studies in Sátoraljaújhely, Eperjes and Ungvár. In September 1859 he entered the Premontrean order in Jászóvár. From 1862 he was a history-geography teacher in Košice. He was ordained a priest in 1865, and in 1873 he became provost's secretary in Jászó. Between 1874 and 1886 he taught Greek, history and geography at the Catholic High School in Rožňov, and was also the director of the institution. He taught in Košice from 1886 to 1892, and in 1893 he was appointed canon of Nagyvárad. In 1898 he received the title of royal councilor.
