1920-1948: an organization of Catholic boys and girls aged 6-14 (in the lower 4 grades of elementary and secondary schools) who venerate the Sacred Heart of Jesus and want to do apostolate for Jesus, the children's section of the Heart of Jesus Association. ; Its purpose: to deepen religious, moral and patriotic education, including fostering a love of family life, developing respect for authority, and educating children to work and fulfill their duties. Its organization followed the custom of the time: Heart Guard members from each school class formed a platoon, led by a platoon leader. The platoons formed the guard team, headed by the adult team leader, who were partly catechists, catechists, partly teachers, teachers and nuns. ; It kept the children busy outside of school hours. V. They held regular meetings every two weeks, striving to ensure that the atmosphere was not school-like but friendly, direct, and family-like. The brief religious education took place during singing, conversation, and games.
