He graduated from the Hungarian Pedagogical High School in Bratislava (1959). He worked as a miner for a year in Nyitranovak, then from 1960 to 1968 he was a teacher at the Nagycétény primary school. From 1968 to 1970 he was the district secretary of the Csemadok in Nitra, then again a teacher in Nagycétény until 1975. ; At that time he was dismissed for political reasons and became a material purchaser for the Tesla works in Verebély. He worked as a material purchaser until 1990, then as a journalist. ; Reporter for Hét in 1992–1995, and Életünk in 1996–1998. weekly, from 2002 to 2006 he was a contributor to the Múltunk emlékei magazine. Author of reports, articles on hunting, editor of several anthologies, collections, and hunting calendars. ; Member of the Slovak Hunting Association since 1996.
