* Zsigárd, September 24, 1936 – / physicist, associate professor ; ; He began his school studies in his native village, graduating from the Érsekújvár high school in 1955. He obtained a teaching certificate in physics and mathematics at the Comenius University in Bratislava in 1959. He became a candidate of physical sciences in 1983. He was a teacher at the Dunaszerdahely high school in 1959–1962, and from 1962 until his retirement (2006) he was an assistant professor and then associate professor at the Pedagogical College in Nitra (now: Konstantin Philosophical University).
