* Tardoskedd, October 2, 1886 – † Debrecen, September 7, 1980 / mathematics-physics teacher, university lecturer ; ; He graduated from high school in Esztergom, obtained a mathematics-physics teaching certificate at the University of Cluj-Napoca in September 1910, but also studied theology. A year earlier, in September 1909, he became a teacher at the Piarist high school in Debrecen, later he taught at the Piarist high school in Nagykároly and then at the Piarist high school in Cluj-Napoca. In 1917, he left the order and was employed at the Dóczy Ref. Girls' High School in Debrecen, where he taught mathematics, physics and chemistry until 1935, when he retired. In 1941, the Ref. substitute teacher in teacher training, in 1942–1943 he was a laboratory practice leader at the Physics Institute of the University of Debrecen. In 1945 he gave university lectures entitled Introduction to Analysis. While still a university student, he drew attention by making thorough notes on the lectures of some of his teachers (Károly Böhm – history of philosophy, Lajos Schlesinger – differential-integral calculus, Gyula Farkas – mathematics and physics), which were published in duplicate after the approval of the professors. ; He also published four mathematical papers in the journal of the Piarist Order. For further training, he attended various lectures in Darmstadt and Göttingen in 1912–1913 and gave mathematical lectures himself. At that time he became more familiar with the practical issues of radio broadcasting and built a “radiotelegraphy” transmitter himself. Returning home to Debrecen, he also gave courses on the subject. Another favorite subject of his was color photography, which he had been working on since 1910. He used color slides and later motion pictures in his education. In recognition of his professional and educational activities, the József Attila University of Szeged awarded him a diamond diploma and then an iron diploma.
