* Kinorány, July 19, 1862 – † Újpest, April 10, 1919 / geographer, teacher ; ; He completed his studies at the Buda Teacher Training College. He was a middle school teacher in several places, and also worked at the Budapest Institute for the Blind. He offered his innovative map and globe, the essence of which was that certain geographical concepts could be perceived with various tactile materials, for the education of the blind. Later, he created maps similar to Braille, not only of Hungary, but of all continents and countries for the education of the blind.
