Maurer Gyula

During his study trip abroad, he worked at the Rhine regulation in Germany, and then, upon returning home, he joined the Bega Regulation Branch as an employee of the Water Management Service of the Ministry of Agriculture, becoming its chief in 1912. Here he built the Écska barrage.
