* Deregnyő, October 4, 1805 – † Teplice, August 5, 1885 / member of parliament, agronomist ; ; He completed his school studies in Sárospatak, Bratislava, and Késmárk, and obtained his law degree in Sárospatak in 1823–1824. From 1835, he was a member of parliament for forty years with interruptions. In his younger years, he was a supporter and patron of Kossuth. He married the sister of the writer Gábor Kazinczy (1818–1864). During his public life, he also dealt with agriculture, farming on his estate in Deregnyő. He regularly published articles on public law, economics, and agriculture. In 1852–1854, he published a four-volume agricultural textbook, which was a Hungarian translation of a German work.
