* Szepesbéla, 1791 – Košice, 1855 k. / hydraulic engineer ; ; He received his diploma in 1814 at the Institutum Geometricum in Pest. He was assigned as an intern to the section of the Tisza between Rakamaz and Tokaj (1813). Between 1827 and 1839 he worked on the intake and regulation of the Ung River, then he built the salt port, salt warehouse and salt transport canal in Máramarossziget (1843–1845) based on his own plans. From 1851 he was entrusted with the construction of public roads in Ung County. ; ; His main works: Some words for the regulation of the Tisza (Ungvár), 1846.
