* Prešov, around 1730 – ? † around 1785–1790 / engineer, cartographer ; ; He studied at the Vienna Academy of Military Engineering from 1766–1768. He was first a county engineer, then an engineer of the Governor's Council, later of the Shipping Directorate, and finally of the National Architectural Directorate. He was a recognized authority of his time, but his summary sheets do not reach the level of the similar and much earlier sheets of Mikoviny Sámuel. In 1776 he prepared the regulation plan for the Sió and Kapos rivers, as well as the drainage plan for Lake Balaton, and participated in the inspection and revision of the regulation works of the time. Between 1764–1780 he prepared regulation plans for the Drava, the Mohács section of the Danube, and the Moson branch of the Danube.
