Bela Kovacsy

* Tasnádszántó, November 22, 1861 – † Budapest, June 6, 1931 / veterinarian, economic writer, newspaper editor, director of the institute ; ; He studied at the Budapest Veterinary Academy and then graduated from the Magyaróvár Economic Academy. Returning from his study trip abroad, he became a state veterinarian in Sopron in 1884. From 1885 he was a teacher at the Hungarian Royal Economic Institute in Košice, and from 1895 its director. He primarily published zoological and agricultural articles.
