* Csallóközcsutörök, September 18, 1946 – / history teacher, retired principal of the Somorja high school ; ; He began his school studies in his native village, graduating from the Somorja high school in 1963. He obtained a teaching certificate in Hungarian and history from the Comenius University in Bratislava in 1968. He began his teaching career at the Department of Hungarian Language and Literature of the Pedagogical College in Nyitra, then at the agricultural vocational high school in Dunaszerdahely, later at the Hungarian primary school in Nagyszarva, and finally until his retirement he taught at the Madách Imre High School in Somorja, where he also worked as a principal for many years. In 1990, he was one of the founders and vice-presidents of the Association of Hungarian Teachers in Slovakia, and from 1990 to 1992 he was also a representative of the Slovak Parliament. He has been active in Csemadok for many decades, regularly giving educational lectures, and publishing articles on historical and literary topics in Hungarian newspapers in the Highlands. With Attila Simon (Rimaszombat), he wrote several history textbooks for Hungarian primary and secondary schools in the Highlands, but official Slovak bodies repeatedly blocked their use. With Jenő Görföl – who took the photographs – he wrote several books about the medieval churches in the Highlands, as well as about the memorial sites of the Hungarian Revolution and War of Independence of 1848–49 in the Highlands.
