* Körmöcbánya, October 13, 1813 – † Pest, April 22, 1869 / hydraulic engineer, university professor ; ; He completed his studies at the Institutum Geometricum engineering training institute in Pest in 1841, but he was an apprentice at the Tisza Survey from 1837. He was a recognized collaborator of the Tisza Survey and Regulation. In 1847–1852, he was the director-engineer of the Bereg department of the Tisza Valley Company. In 1852–1857, he was a public full-time teacher at the József Ipartanoda, and from 1857 until his death at the Technical University. ; ; His main works: ; Algebra, 1862, ; Theoretical Geometry, 1868.
