* Szentmihályfa, May 5, 1845 – † Budapest, April 6, 1927 / lawyer, university professor ; ; He completed his secondary school studies in Bratislava, law in Vienna, then at the Royal State Law Academy in Pest, from 1872 he was an assistant professor at the Law Academy in Sibiu and in the same year he became a private professor of Hungarian private law at the University of Budapest, from 1874 he was a teacher at the Law Academy in Győr, from 1892 at the Law Academy in Košice, and from 1899 at the Law Academy in Bratislava (criminal law, later civil law). Between 1903 and 1915 he was a professor at the University of Budapest (Hungarian private law). In 1903 and 1905 he was a member of parliament for the Liberal Party. In Fodor's Hungarian Private Law he wrote the chapters on property and the general part of the law of obligations.
