Kamocsa sausage pie

Dough for a medium baking sheet: ; 40 dkg plain flour ; 1 teaspoon salt ; 1 baking powder ; Warm about 3 dcl milk with 1 teaspoon sugar and add 4 dkg (1 cube) yeast, ; 0.5 dcl cooking oil. ; Mix the ingredients described to the consistency of cake dough, knead and let rise. (If the dough is very hard, add milk when kneading, if soft, add flour.) ; When it has risen, flatten it evenly on an oiled baking sheet with oiled hands. Place a ring of smoked sausage on top, and place a finger-sized piece of smoked bacon directly next to each sausage (6x4 pieces). ; Let rise until the oven warms up to 185-200 degrees. Finally, beat 2 whole eggs together, add 1 spoonful of sour cream, pour it on top of the risen dough before baking, and bake until nicely browned. When it has cooled, dice it.
