He began his career in 1923 at the United Bulb Company, then from 1928 he was an engineer at the Standard Electric Factory, in 1938 its technical director, after 1945 the general development department, and in 1952 the head of the research laboratory of the Beloiannisz Telecommunications Factory – the successor to Standard. In February 1943 he became a member of the locator government committee, whose task was to produce self-developed locators. The Sas radar was manufactured by Standard Rt. Between 1952 and 1958 he was the head of the department and then the head of the department at the Telecommunications Research Institute. ; He joined higher education in 1949, first as a teacher at the State Technical College, then as an invited lecturer at the Technical University. From September 1958, he was appointed as a university professor at the Department of Microwave Communications at the Budapest Technical University. He was one of the significant pioneers of Hungarian radio technology. Under his direction, the 120 kW Lakihegy transmitter station and antenna were built, as well as the rural relay transmitters. He played a major role in the design of the first Hungarian radar locators and in the foundation and development of the microwave industry in general. He also did pioneering work in the production of domestic powdered iron materials and the improvement of phase correction capacitors. In the last years of his life, he was mainly concerned with the technical problems of antennas.
