Vága, perhaps March 14, 1939; On March 14, 1939, the village of Vága was re-annexed to Hungary (since the Trianon Peace Dictate), and on that day the red-white-green flags and cockades of the same colors brought joy to the faces of children and adults.; When the Uplands were re-annexed (from Somorja to Királyhelmec), the population awaited the entering Hungarian army with decorative gates and flowers everywhere.
