* Bratislava, November 14, 1959 – / aesthete, art critic, university lecturer, cultural diplomat ; ; Graduated from the Hungarian Gymnasium in Bratislava in 1980, and obtained a degree in philosophy and aesthetics from the Comenius University in 1985. Intern at the daily newspaper Új Szó in 1985–1987, and lecturer at the Institute of Folk Culture in Bratislava in 1987–1990. In 1990–1994, he was an assistant professor at the Pedagogical College in Nitra (now: Constantine the Philosopher University), in 1994–2005, he was an assistant professor at the Department of Hungarian Language and Literature at the Comenius University in Bratislava, from 2005 to 2012, he was the curator of the Museum of Hungarian Culture in Slovakia, and from 2007, he was a lecturer at the University of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Since 2012, he has been the director of the Slovak Cultural Institute in Budapest.
