Carriage in the harvest procession
Other - other
An important part of the procession is the carriage, on which the wine merchant and the herald sit. In the picture, the role of the merchant was Ferenc Hegedűs, and the herald was János Danajka. Some members of the dance group are sitting in the back seat. They set off from in front of the cultural center towards Kertalja, always discussing the route in advance. The herald has a horn in his hand, which he uses to signal that the procession is approaching. Wherever they stop, he recites the poetic invitation with which they lure the people to the ball.
