The bells taken to World War I were replaced by new ones cast by the believers of the Felsoszel denominations. The event took place in 1922, when the new bells were brought home from Nagyszombat, from the Fischer Brothers' foundry, on ox-drawn carts. A horse-drawn band waited for them at the end of the village and escorted them to the churches. The name of the carrier can be seen on the side of the decorated cart: Tánczos Lőrincz.
