* Vicsápapáti, December 24, 1877 – † Budapest, March 24, 1961 / lawyer, attorney, professional writer ; ; He obtained a doctorate in law from the Budapest University of Science and Technology in 1900, passed the bar exam in 1906, and obtained a private tutor qualification in commercial law around 1910. He ran a law firm from 1906 until his death, and was a private tutor at the Budapest University of Science and Technology between 1910 and 1944. As a recognized researcher of international law, primarily international transport law, he achieved fundamentally new results in the development of the international Danube Convention and its acceptance in Europe. His monograph on the political, historical and economic significance of the Danube River is the first significant work in the field (The Danube, 1920).
