* Martonfalva, May 30, 1878 – † Budapest, January 29, 1952 / Piarist teacher, librarian, historian ; ; He completed his theological and humanities studies in Budapest. He obtained his teaching certificate in 1901 and was ordained a priest at that time. He received his doctorate in humanities in 1904. He worked in Veszprém from 1903 to 1907. He was a teacher in Vác in 1907 and in Budapest from 1908. Until his death, he also worked as the librarian and archivist of the pious order. His historical research primarily covered the past of his order, but he also studied the history of Hungarian education and wrote several books on the life of Count Lajos Batthány.
